Use

The app provides functions for organizing tasks, lists, workspaces, invitations, and collaboration. You may use the app only within applicable law and these terms.

Account and access

An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity in your account. If you suspect misuse, you should inform us immediately.

Workspaces and content

Workspace owners can invite and manage members. You remain responsible for tasks, text, attachments, and other content you add. Content must not infringe third-party rights and must not pursue illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to operate reliably, but we do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, force majeure, or service-provider disruptions may temporarily limit use.

Liability

We have unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where mandatory law applies. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Termination and changes

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are violated. Changes to these terms will be announced in good time; if you continue using the app afterwards, the updated terms apply.
